Move-out Inspection - Tenant Move-Out The purpose of the move-out inspection is to assess the condition of the rental unit. Please ensure that the unit has been cleaned and is in similar to the move-in date condition. Please note that the tenant is responsible for any damages that may have occurred to the rental unit during their tenancy.

failure to do so will result in lock replacement charges.

Services Disconnection Be sure to notify utility and service providers of your tenancy termination date. Please note that you are responsible for your utilities until the end of your tenancy. Please ensure to provide a forwarding address to receive your final bill.
